Product Description

Oil and gas pipeline reinforcement wire mesh is manufactured by welding a series of parallel longitudinal

wires to transverse wire to from rectangular openings. The longitudinal wires shall be crimped or not crimped.

Typical wire diameters from 1.8mm to 3.0mm are used in this application depending upon the thickness of the

concrete coating and the diameter of the pipe. The longitudinal wires are corrugated specially during the process

of mesh production in order to accelerate the holding capacity of the concrete during the coating process.

Product Applications

It's normally used for the reinforcement on concrete weight coating of offshore oil and gas pipeline, popular
in theworld marine construction industry. It is applicable for the compression and impingement coating process.
The line wires are deeply crimped to facilitate the concrete applications.
